Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customized or Special Orders
Orders for customized, personalized, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Such orders are non-refundable unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment verification issues
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Unforeseen operational issues
In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.
